Contract with American Amicable

Step 1 · Know your pay

Writing agents at Texas Retirement Concepts, LLC receive 100% compensation and 75% annualization advancement, paid directly by American Amicable. These three short videos explain how you get paid, when you get paid, and chargebacks — before you contract with American Amicable.

Step 2 · Complete American Amicable AML training

Every agent must complete American Amicable’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) course. Certificates from other carriers are not accepted.

1. Go to www.americanamicable.com
2. Hover to the upper right side of the webpage → select Agent Sign In
3. Enter Agent No.: AML and Password: COURSE.
4. Complete the course.
5. When finished, a Company AML training course certification page appears on screen.
6. Save it as a PDF. Keep one copy for your files.

Important: American Amicable will not process your contract without this certification page.

Step 3 · Prepare bank information for ACH direct deposit

American Amicable pays commissions by ACH. You will need to provide this information for contracting documents.

They accept:

• A pre-printed voided check, or
• A bank verification letter that lists routing and account numbers

It must show your legal name, bank name, routing number, account number, and checking or savings. Go to your local bank and ask for a bank verification letter or pre-printed voided check. Many bank institutions offer this at no cost to you.

Step 4 · Tell us you’re ready

Reply to our kickoff email with “Ready for intake” (no attachments).

We will send a DocuSign Intake for:

1. American Amicable AML certification PDF
2. Bank letter (or voided check) PDF

After we review those, you’ll get the contracting signature packet.
